By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on the platform 7788bet45 — including Sports Betting, Live Casino games, Crash Games, roulette, poker, Jackpot, and any other product available on the site — the user confirms they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance is automatic upon registration and remains valid throughout the entire relationship between the user and the 7788bet45. If the user disagrees with any clause described herein, they should refrain from using the platform and request account closure through the support available 24 hours a day.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered users in Brazil, regardless of state, device, or method of access.

To create an account at 7788bet45, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Not have any other active account at 7788bet45;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or access restriction list for betting platforms.

The 7788bet45 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including national ID, CPF, proof of address, and bank statement — to confirm the details provided at registration. Failure to submit the requested documents within the established deadline may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Registering under someone else's name or creating accounts with false information is strictly prohibited. The 7788bet45 uses automated verification systems and may identify and close fraudulent accounts without prior notice.

Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — secure, and for all activity carried out through their account at 7788bet45. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

The 7788bet45 is not liable for financial losses resulting from the user sharing their own access credentials, from negligent password management, or from access by third parties with the account holder's consent.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any available balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix or another previously registered payment method, provided there are no pending bets or active fraud investigation restrictions.

The 7788bet45 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Brazilian currency (BRL – R$):

• Pix – instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto Bancário – settlement within up to 2 business days;
• Credit & Debit Card – Visa, Mastercard, and domestic card networks;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago – real-time processing;
• TED Transfer – available for Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and all other banks authorized by the Banco Central do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. No fee is charged by 7788bet45 on deposits or withdrawals made via Pix. For other methods, fees may apply in accordance with the conditions of the financial institution used by the user.

Pix withdrawals are processed in under one minute from the time of request, provided the available balance comes from already-cleared deposits and there are no pending identity verification requirements. Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may require an additional identity verification step, in accordance with Brazilian regulatory requirements.

The Sports Betting options available at 7788bet45 cover a wide range of sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, state and international competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other domestic and international sports.

A confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled by the user once accepted by the system, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet. The 7788bet45 reserves the right to void bets in the following scenarios:

• Technical errors resulting in odds that are clearly incorrect or outside standard market ranges;
• Incorrect information about the event wagered on (date, venue, format);
• Cancellation or failure to complete the event within the regulation timeframe;
• Suspected manipulation of the outcome of the event wagered on.

In the event of a bet being voided, the wagered amount is refunded in full to the user's balance at 7788bet45. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent changes.

The 7788bet45 offers online casino games, including roulette (European, American, French, and live), Crash Games, slots, Jackpot, poker, and more. All electronic games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring independent and unpredictable results with every round.

Live Casino tables use real human dealers and live streaming. The outcome of each round is determined by the physical wheel or deck handled by the dealer, with no interference from the 7788bet45.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the table or game information before the user starts playing. Values vary by game type and are published transparently by 7788bet45.

The 7788bet45 offers bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. All promotions have specific terms of use, which are described on the promotion page at the time it is presented to the user.

The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00, available to new registrations making their first deposit via Pix, is subject to the following general conditions:

• The bonus is credited automatically after the first qualifying deposit;
• The bonus amount must be wagered (rollover) on bets with minimum odds as specified on the promotion page before it can be withdrawn;
• The rollover requirement must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion;
• Voided, canceled, or cashed-out bets do not count toward rollover requirements;
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once, tied to the CPF registered on the account.

The 7788bet45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in bonus cancellation and closure of all accounts involved.

The 7788bet45 promotes responsible entertainment and provides responsible gambling tools for all users. Sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment that should be enjoyed within each person's financial means.
